1. Order Processing and Handling

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been successfully placed and another once it has been shipped.

Processing times may be slightly longer during high-demand periods (sales, promotions, or holidays).

2. Shipping and Delivery

  • We currently offer domestic shipping within India.
  • Standard delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • Remote or rural areas may experience slightly longer delivery timelines.
  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared via email or SMS.

We work with trusted courier partners to ensure your products are delivered on time and in good condition.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
  • For orders below ₹999, or for Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a small shipping fee may apply.
  • Any applicable shipping charges will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.

4. Order Tracking

After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email or text message. You can use this link to check your delivery status at any time. If you face any issues with tracking, please contact us at tishnaweb@gmail.com for assistance.

5. Delivery Issues and Delays

While we make every effort to deliver your order within the estimated time frame, delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather conditions, courier delays, or public holidays. In such cases, Tishna Web will not be liable for any resulting delays.

If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us immediately so we can work with our logistics partners to resolve the issue.

6. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete shipping details at checkout. Tishna Web will not be responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an order is returned to us due to such an issue, reshipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or tampered with, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at tishnaweb@gmail.com with photos of the package and product. We will investigate the issue and assist with replacements or refunds as per our Return & Refund Policy.

8. International Shipping

At this time, Tishna Web does not offer international shipping. We are working to expand our services globally and will update this policy once international shipping becomes available.

We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time, including to reflect operational or regulatory changes. The updated version will be posted on this page with the revised “Last updated” date.
